What we collect

• Account data: name and email, used for authentication and communication.
• Health check-in data you enter yourself: sleep hours, energy level, symptoms and notes you choose to log.
• Basic product usage data (e.g. streaks, feature usage) to improve PeriDaily.

We follow the principle of data minimization: we only ask for what the daily check-in and your insight actually need. We do not request your location, date of birth or payment details directly — payment is processed by our payment provider, never stored by us.

How your data is used

Your daily check-ins are used to generate your personal insight and detect patterns in your own data — never to generate advice for "users in general". Your data is never sold.

Subprocessors — who else touches your data

• Supabase — database, authentication and storage, with row-level security scoped to your account.
• An AI language provider — processes your check-in data to write your daily insight in plain language. We use the minimum data necessary and, where available, zero-data-retention settings.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Resend — transactional email (account confirmation, receipts, reminders).
• Our payment processor — handles your subscription and billing; PeriDaily never stores your card details.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or permanently delete your account and all associated check-ins at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Deletion removes your profile, your check-in history and any AI-generated insights tied to your account.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be emailed to active users, not just silently published here. The date at the top of this page is always the source of truth for the current version.
