Refund Policy

The First Pattern Guarantee

Our annual plan includes a 7-day free trial, so you are never charged without trying PeriDaily first. If, within 14 days of your first charge, PeriDaily has not shown you at least one real pattern in your own check-in data, email support@peridaily.app and we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked, no forms to fill out.

How refunds work

• Refund requests are honored within 14 days of your first charge (after your free trial ends).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor; processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
• Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not itself refund the current billing period — request a refund separately if you qualify under the guarantee above.

Payment provider and processing

PeriDaily's payment processor is being finalized ahead of launch (see our product roadmap). Whichever processor we launch with, this refund policy will never promise less than what that processor is configured to honor — we align our written policy with what we can actually execute.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account → Subscription inside the app. Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
